Back-to-School and Back-to-Style with Crocs

Perhaps it's the mini-fashionista in me or the fact that I've lived in stylish NYC my entire life, but I've got a thing for all things fashion. And my love for fashion didn't change once I had Aiden; it just simply shifted to a love of all things kids fashion. Because, well, Aiden has to look just as cute and stylish as his delicious momma.

And he does. Whether the kid is playing in Central Park, crawling around in the grass, or going down the spiral slide head-first at the playground, he's got style for days and looks cool as a cucumber.

But as much as I love to shop and find all things cute for my lil man, this single momma and former full time grad school student does not empty her wallet on said great finds. I shop on a budget. All. The. Time. The frugal stores and I are, like, BFF's. No lie. For the more expensive stores, if it's not on sale, I wait. Fashion patience is a virtue... word!

It may be quite sad for me to admit this, but Aiden's closet is full to the brim with skinny jeans, hip t-shirts, tank tops, stylish hats, pinstriped shirts and ties, and all sorts of footwear. He gets a new outfit for practically every special occasion and it's always fresh, funky, and hip. Well, as hip as a three-year-old's outfit can be.

And back-to-school is no different. After all, he's gotta make a good Pre-K first impression, right? With all the adorable clothes out there, this year Aiden's going back-to-school, back in style. Believe it.

But we're not emptying the wallet. Believe it. To keep my shopping as stress-free as possible, I'll be clipping coupons, doing a great deal of online window shopping, and scoping out awesome deals before making a purchase.

Crocs is helping me stay stylish without emptying the wallet with their new line. Check out their video, Back to School Crocs "Summer Inside," which features nine styles from their new line. Easter Eggs are hidden within the video to provide finders a surprise with a purchase. Here's the photo hint for the Easter Egg:

I'm practically in love with all nine styles so choosing just one for Aiden is definitely going to be a challenge. What's your favorite pair? What are some of your favorite things about back-to-school shopping.
